What's included

Everything Titus Ledger does at launch is in Essentials. There are no feature tiers to compare.

At launch

In Essentials, for every company.

Chart of accounts & journal entries. Start from a small-business chart of accounts or bring yours from QuickBooks. Every entry must balance to the cent, and a mistake is corrected with a reversing entry, so your history never changes.
Invoices & payments received. Create and email invoices, record payments as they arrive (one payment can cover several invoices), and group them into the deposits your bank shows.
Bills, expenses & checks. Enter bills and record paying them, and record expenses and checks as they happen, so what you owe is always up to date.
Bank import, rules & reconciliation. Import bank and card activity from CSV, OFX or QFX files, review it in one place, let rules categorize the regulars, and reconcile each account to its statement.
Reports. Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, general ledger, and AR and AP aging, on a cash or accrual basis. Export any of them to CSV, Excel or PDF.
Sales tax & 1099-NEC tracking. Set up the sales tax rates and agencies you collect for and see what you owe each one. Mark the vendors who get a 1099-NEC and run the report you file from.
Roles & free accountant seats. Invite everyone who works on the books as an owner, admin, bookkeeper or viewer. Your accountant joins free, with the access an accountant needs.
Audit log & closing date. Every change is recorded: who made it, when, and what it was before. Set a closing date to lock past periods; changing a closed period takes an owner or accountant, and a reason.
Switching from QuickBooks Online. Import your export and check it with a tie-out report. How switching will work

How does the free trial work?

Try everything free for 30 days, with everything switched on. You don't need a card to start; you choose monthly or annual billing when you decide to stay.

Is the price per user?

No. The price is per company, and every company can have as many users as it needs. Accountants you invite join free, and don't need a plan of their own.

What happens if I cancel?

Your books stay available read-only, free, for 7 years, so you can look things up and export them whenever you need to. You can export everything, as CSV, Excel and PDF files, before or after you cancel.

Do I need more than one plan for several businesses?

Each business is its own company in Titus Ledger, with its own books, and each company has its own plan. An accountant can work in any number of client companies from one sign-in, free.
